This event is open to youth, families, and all service agencies but registration is required.
Keynote speakers:
Mike lives daily with anxiety, depression and obsessive compulsive disorder. He will discuss his formula for handling stigma and then show us how we all can become a mental wellness superhero.
RIDE THE WAVE with Gab Bonesso is a raw, high-energy, hilarious experience who empowers people with mental health issues and raises awareness for those who don’t.
